Executive Director/ Paralegal
Kristi N. Wilson is SDLF's Executive Director. She oversees all financial and management issues of the firm and ensures the firm is always headed in the right direction. Kristi evaluates the firm’s business procedures and systems and ensures all members of SDLF’s team are developed to maximize their potential.
Kristi has been employed by San Diego Law Firm since January 2001. She worked part-time as an Assistant Firm Manager for SDLF while attending San Diego State University. In May 2005, she graduated from SDSU with a bachelor's degree from the College of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. After her graduation, she was promoted to SDLF's full-time Firm Manager / Paralegal, and in 2009, to Executive Director / Paralegal.
Kristi resides in San Carlos and enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, endless walks with her yellow lab, Daisy, reading, traveling, spending numerous vacations in Palm Springs with her family, home improvement projects, and trying to keep up with her action-packed twins, Bennett and Madelyn.
