San Diego Law Firm Named One of the Top 10 “Best Places to Work” by San Diego Business Journal
San Diego-Based Law Firm Recognized for Outstanding Work Environment.
San Diego Law Firm, a San Diego-based law firm, was awarded a Top 10 finish in the annual list of San Diego Business Journal’s 2011 “Best Places to Work” contest. San Diego Law Firm was nominated and placed in the top ten in the small business (15-49 employees) category. The prestigious award recognizes organizations for their exemplary workplace environment, employer benefits and employee satisfaction.Winners in three categories including small, medium and large businesses were announced at the 12th Annual Best Places to Work Awards Ceremony on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at the Paradise Point Resort in San Diego
Data gathered from employee satisfaction surveys and employer questionnaires were analyzed by the Best Companies Group in order to determine ranking. The results were categorized according to eight core focus areas: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training and Development, Pay and Benefits and Overall Engagement.
